On January 8, 2024 I gave Hoffman Toyota’s salesman a $1000 depositby credit card toward the purchase of a 2024 Toyota RAV4 XLE that was allocated to the dealership and was supposed to arrive in the next $1000 depositby credit card toward the purchase of a 2024 Toyota RAV4 XLE that was allocated to the dealership and was supposed to arrive in the next couple of months with the option of declining to purchase upon inspection of the vehicle when it arrived. On February 26, I emailed the salesman to tell him that I was no longer interested in the car and to please return my deposit. When I called the salesman, he was rude and hung up on me. I submitted interest on a listing on a vehicle in their dealership website, this listing is available on third party sites as well. I recieve a text, even thought I stated in my inquiry they list the means dealership website, this listing is available on third party sites as well. The person which sent that was Dan Carboni. I called the dealership ssking for an explanation and asked why is a vehicle listed as available when in fact they know it isn't. If my company lists bad content its removed within hour. I get call back and they say the vehicle has a deposit and its their business pratice not remove listing while the vehicle is still on their lot, every appearance of bait and switch, they know the vehicle is not available and it is very easy to remove content. The other part of the switch, he mentions there are many vehicles in stock, I told him they have nothing comparable to a V8 Lexus sedan. the dealership needs to understand they can't display listings which they know are not available, a brick and mortar store doesn't convert easily into a website presence and attention to how customers want to be communicated with. New car, Poor highway lane change steering resulted in needing 4 wheel alignment. =Warranty … But only right front toe addressed. I returned month later and willing pay for the wheels in the “yellow” be c needing 4 wheel alignment. =Warranty … But only right front toe addressed. I returned month later and willing pay for the wheels in the “yellow” be corrected. Advisor Nick said good idea to prevent tire wear. I Waited 3.5 hours due to previous serviced car had frozen adjusters. When mine was worked on they only corrected left front toe. But print out showed all wheels had excessive camber but none in “red” but some in “yellow”. No adjustments made to rear. I was willing to pay to have cambers corrected. Mike Fuhr refused to make any more adjustments. I suspect they got “behind” and pushed me off. And said its warranty still, due to left wheel front toe issue. Don't bring your car here for an alignment even with cash in hand. Half day wasted.Never go here again for anything. More
Garbage service! ! They don't fixed problems and don't honor warranty's not to mention very expensive! I would honestly say BEWARE cause when you find out they're Garb !
