The service coordinator, Linda Schultz, handled the process with a high degree of professionalism and excellent communication skills. She explained the entire process to me very well. Most importantly, the mechanic on the job performed the work very efficiently so that I was out the door and back on the road quickly. I highly recommend the Hoffman service team. His demeanor was that of Hoffman's policies; no haggling, straight-forward, and honestly pleasant. Knowing that John and Hoffman are true in their ways makes it easy to recommend them to friends who don't want the sleazy, high-pressure, hard sell tactics that are sadly too common in the auto sales world. ...and I love my truck.
