The fact “the team” was under the impression I was a satisfied customer speaks volumes in the lack of courtesy and professionalism at this particular dealership. I guess the management team fails to pick up simple social cues a client often exhibits when he/she is upset, disappointed, baffled and angry. When the sales rep calls after this poor transaction to ask for more and I clearly hang up I can see how this can be viewed as a “satisfied client” Feel my sarcasm here?? I don’t even own that vehicle anymore thanks to another dealership helping me get what I truly thought I had and wanted. Customer service 101 classes await this dealership.
