I had leased a Rav 4 3 years ago from this dealership and knew I would want to work with them again due to the time and care they put into helping it be an easy process. John Rossley was a fantastic salesman who truly put in the time so that I could be familiar with all of the new features of my beautiful RAV 4 Limited. Our test drive was fun and entertaining; he's definitely a great "people person" with a fun sense of humor. I also felt that he made me feel comfortable enough to keep asking questions if I needed to. I never felt pressure or felt as if I was taking up too much of his time. It was a swift and easy day - I'd strongly recommend John to anyone looking for a new car. Matt West was our first salesman 3 years ago and now is a fantastic manager! He is so personable and professional. He also has a nice way about him that makes people feel comfortable. Also, for the last 3 years, the staff in the service center have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Feedback for Toyota: your options and trim lines are very confusing and you almost lost a sale to Honda because of the level of frustration I experienced with making an informed decision. In addition the lack of an SUV option with manual transmission was extremely disappointing. Thank you. More

The service coordinator, Linda Schultz, handled the process with a high degree of professionalism and excellent communication skills. She explained the entire process to me very well. Most importantly, the mechanic on the job performed the work very efficiently so that I was out the door and back on the road quickly. I highly recommend the Hoffman service team. Nothing but ease. After extensive searching/research online to hopefully find a truck, I spies one at Hoffman. I eventually carved out some time to test drive the Tacoma and that's when I met John. He was pleasant and I found him to be really quite genuine. His demeanor was that of Hoffman's policies; no haggling, straight-forward, and honestly pleasant. Knowing that John and Hoffman are true in their ways makes it easy to recommend them to friends who don't want the sleazy, high-pressure, hard sell tactics that are sadly too common in the auto sales world. ...and I love my truck. He was fair and willing to negotiate, answered all of our questions and when it came down to crunch time, he brought us the deal that precipitated the sale.
