Overall money saving experience I had finally decided to bring my HIghlander in for a repair on an item that had been not functioning since I purchased it in October of last year and I had finally decided to bring my HIghlander in for a repair on an item that had been not functioning since I purchased it in October of last year and figured while I was there get an oil change. The motor on my rear windshield wiper had to be changed due to a malfunction of the arm movement and they charged me for the new blade, as soon as I said I had never been able to use the wiper at all since I picked it up, they took the charge off of the bill immediately with no argument or discussion , I was impressed. As for the oil change, they said they were happy to do it but since it was synthetic oil that I was a half year/6,000 miles early and that I did not need to do it; again, i was impressed. At first they thought they would be able to get me in and out and when they realized it would take longer to get the motor for the rear wipe they immediately gave me a loaner. Overall a wonderful experience and cost me nothing. More

A simple battery replacement This was to be just a simple battery replacement. The techs did not say they had no knowledge of how to save settings. Every one was lost. Managem This was to be just a simple battery replacement. The techs did not say they had no knowledge of how to save settings. Every one was lost. Management said they thought the settings were saved; they had no idea if they were or weren't. Even the MPG setting from the day the car was driven was lost. The only good part of this experience was the car wash and the young man who brought the car to me and dried it off before I left. I'll know better next time. Lexus service is FAR superior. They care about the customer experience. Had a test drive of a RAV-4 w/Alvin Gamble. Not a good experience. He never asked what model I might be interested in, so used the easiest bare-bones model available - not something I would even consider. Not the best representative of the sales department! More
