Hoffman write me an IOU for headlight service for minor damage that was there when I bought the car. Service called to remind me my IOU was going to expire which was so nice and I brought it in right away. My service tech Landon S was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. He did not try to sell me on the standard tire rotation because he said it was not necessary for my car since that happened upon purchase. He also took a look at my tires and thought the threading was too low for a newly purchased car, and put on four free new tires and put the oil change on the house! I highly recommend all aspects of Hoffman Toyota dealership in Simsbury. More

I worked with Hoffman sales associates to buy a Toyota Rav4 Prime Plug in Hybrid from a distance, and after working out some details with Patrick was able to travel the 1300 miles to complete the purchase Rav4 Prime Plug in Hybrid from a distance, and after working out some details with Patrick was able to travel the 1300 miles to complete the purchase and drive it back home. Patrick worked with me on the details of the deal and helped a lot. And when the software had “technical difficulties” he made sure I left the lot with a fully functioning new vehicle, so kudos! I didn’t like the final paperwork part. It was rushed; and I needed to complete the registration in my home state due to needing veteran plates, while avoiding any unnecessary fees. I could go on about “conveyance fees” and “document fees” (for example, why should a person have to pay an extra $155 for document processing if one was already charged a $699 document/conveyance fee? Especially when one could register in one’s home state and avoid any overcharges and fees). I was disappointed that Jamal didn't follow up with me like he said he would about my registering in my home state. However, I have a quality vehicle and I think, well according to my wife, I can call this a win for me and for Hoffman. More
