At Hoffman Toyota was very helpful and courteous when I recently brought my wife's SUV in to replace struts which support the Dan, the service rep. To speed up the process, he installed them himself and saved me the labor cost. Then he insisted in having the car washed and the interior cleaned remembering that the last time I was in for repairs I had no time for this service. I also bought a new set of floor mats which he installed for me. His kindness and going the extra mile was much appreciated and went beyond what one typically expects from most car dealerships. I walked out with a good feeling, went home and told my wife what a nice experience I just had at Hoffman Toyota in Avon. More

50,000 service The requested service was performed and done properly with smooth drop off and retrieval of my vehicle, even though i came to pick up after hours. stick to your own mechanic. i had two warning lights come on. per manual it said to contact toyota dealer. i did and set appt for next day. i was told it was $125 to put my veh o i had two warning lights come on. per manual it said to contact toyota dealer. i did and set appt for next day. i was told it was $125 to put my veh on machine to see what was wrong. an hour later the service mgr came out and gave me th results. his recommendations were listed as $12,800. i have a 10 year old highlander (which i purchased at hoffman) with 201,000 miles on it. i said i would bring it to my mechanic for his opinion. i was told there were no safety issues. another hour later they brought my car around. so for $125 i received a free car wash and a cup of coffee. thanks. Good service but better follow up I have done business with Hoffman Toyota and Lexus for more than 15 years and always the attention has being excellent. I only had one issue during my business trajectory with the toyota dealer: 1) They need to do a better follow up if they promise a date for a car to arrive and not be the client who has to chase them on the phone to get an answer.
