I do expect to wait a bit when I come for service so I always bring something to read. Other than a brief wait, everything went as expected. I love that my car is always returned to me sparkling clean. But this time, just a question about the best product to use for cleaning the inside of my windshield, brought a wonderful volunteer over to clean it for me with a product that I will look for when I am out and about. Thanks for the friendly service. More

We were very grateful they could help with no appointment etc. More

Beware salesman told me there is a $500 fee for buying a vehicle in CT I have a 855 credit and received a 4.9% car loan. Have to buy the "certified" insurance (another $500) to get a better rate. Make sure you have your own loan before coming here. When I returned to NYC noticed color on registration was different. Left message to salespeople and he never returned my call. A week later receptionist called and asked if I was still interested in buying a car. Told her to talk to her staff. More

We brought the 2004 one, which we have driven 250,000 miles, to the Hoffman body shop to replace a gas tank door that had broken, to paint a door that had not been properly repaired by another body shop following a minor scrape and to tidy up some of the dings here and there. Even to us, long used to seeing the various blemishes, the car looked disreputable when we delivered it to the body shop. Three days later, the repairs were far more successful than we hoped they might be. Now, we are ready for the next 15 years and another 300,000 miles. We are pretty confident that, under Hoffman's care, it will last that long and go that far and look quite presentable all the while. We were delighted by the service orientation of the people with whom we dealt, the workmanship of the repairs and the fair price we paid. Our only very minor complaint, if it is even that, is that we wish someone had asked us whether we wanted a new gas cap. The plastic tether on the old one had broken and we worry that we'll misplace the gas cap at the gas station when we are not paying attention. More

I came in for safety recall for side airbags. I had an appointment at 8am & was taken in right away. I was told that it would a little over 2 hours. I had forgotten my book, but there was an abu I had an appointment at 8am & was taken in right away. I was told that it would a little over 2 hours. I had forgotten my book, but there was an abundance of material to read & TV to watch. Coffee was available too. The bathrooms were clean & comfortable to use. The work was completed & explained to my satisfaction. My Prius was washed of all the sand, salt & grime & to my amazement even the driver's side floor mat was cleaned of the white salt stains.
