Great dealership My father and I recently went to Hoffman toyota to look at a RAV 4. We were greeted when entering and helped right away. When we arrived back to the dealership we went through the different color options and I put a down payment on the car that day. Shopping for a new suv My wife and I went to Hoffmans Toyota to look at a 2017 RAV4. We were approached by a salesman and asked if we needed any help. After showing us the vehicle Ed, myself and my wife went for a test drive. After the test drive Ed spent an additional hour going over the vehicle in full detail. At a different dealership the salesman just threw the us the keys and said take it. We really appreciated the fact that Ed went with us in the vehicle. The next morning we spent an additional 2 hours going over the finalization of the purchase. We came back for delivery of my RAV4 at 2:00pm and Ed spent an additional hour after signing paperwork going over questions that I had. Ed told me to call anytime with questions that I may have and to stop in if needed. I will recommend Ed to anyone I know that is looking for a new car. More
