Big job made easy I recently had my Toyota in for warranty work that required several days. I was given a really nice loaner car, and my truck was fixed right the firs I recently had my Toyota in for warranty work that required several days. I was given a really nice loaner car, and my truck was fixed right the first time. Dealing with Mike Fitzgerald is a pleasure, he is professional, thorough, and makes sure all of my concerns are met with answers. While I was there, I asked to have all 4 of my 20" truck tires road force balanced as a "local tire store" who mounted them couldn't get the balance right after 4 returns and a lot of my time. Mike and his staff got the balance right the first time, they are absolutely perfect. Should have gone to see him when I needed tires and saved myself the trouble of driving that last 6 months with my steering wheel shaking. Plus my truck was clean and ready to go earlier than promised. All around great service from Mike and his team. More

After my brand new vehicle was in for service for two weeks within in the first month of purchase, Jose Espinosa went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed and I was satisfied. Jose, Jose and Eddie also spent time to review the features on the navigation/phone system. I really appreciated the time that was spent tonight to make sure I was satisfied with the car and the issue was fully resolved. Dan was also great as my service consultant. Thanks so much! More
