New car, Poor highway lane change steering resulted in needing 4 wheel alignment. =Warranty … But only right front toe addressed. I returned month later and willing pay for the wheels in the “yellow” be c needing 4 wheel alignment. =Warranty … But only right front toe addressed. I returned month later and willing pay for the wheels in the “yellow” be corrected. Advisor Nick said good idea to prevent tire wear. I Waited 3.5 hours due to previous serviced car had frozen adjusters. When mine was worked on they only corrected left front toe. But print out showed all wheels had excessive camber but none in “red” but some in “yellow”. No adjustments made to rear. I was willing to pay to have cambers corrected. Mike Fuhr refused to make any more adjustments. I suspect they got “behind” and pushed me off. And said its warranty still, due to left wheel front toe issue. Don't bring your car here for an alignment even with cash in hand. Half day wasted.Never go here again for anything. More

Garbage service! ! They don't fixed problems and don't honor warranty's not to mention very expensive! I would honestly say BEWARE cause when you find out they're Garb ! Hoffman Toyota in Simsbury has been so amazing since I purchased my car with them in March! My sales rep, Patrick P, was very down to earth, helpful, not pushy, but got me my dream car in one day at the s purchased my car with them in March! My sales rep, Patrick P, was very down to earth, helpful, not pushy, but got me my dream car in one day at the same time. I greatly appreciate him. I brought my car in for service a few months later. Hoffman write me an IOU for headlight service for minor damage that was there when I bought the car. Service called to remind me my IOU was going to expire which was so nice and I brought it in right away. My service tech Landon S was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. He did not try to sell me on the standard tire rotation because he said it was not necessary for my car since that happened upon purchase. He also took a look at my tires and thought the threading was too low for a newly purchased car, and put on four free new tires and put the oil change on the house! I highly recommend all aspects of Hoffman Toyota dealership in Simsbury. More
