$8000 oil change After bringing my car in for an oil change, I complained of a noise coming from the AC fan. After further inspection, the technician found a large mou After bringing my car in for an oil change, I complained of a noise coming from the AC fan. After further inspection, the technician found a large mouse nest next to my fan! After being told they were recommending $8000 in replacement parts the mice had destroyed, my service manager, Mike Fitzgerald took control and coordinated everything with my insurance company. What could have been a financial disaster, was handled seamlessly and professionally by Mike and my 2010 Preius looks like new!! I couldn't be happier ! More
