In that time have dealt with 2 prior toyota dealerships who we will NOT be revisiting despite one dealership being less than 5 miles from our home. We ended up at Hoffman b/c they had a few vehicles at the model/make/price point we were looking at. We were beyond impressed with their attention to detail of the cars on the lot the personal NO PRESSURE sales quotes that occurrd and even the closing with Mike was great...really beyond our expectations. This team is so knowledgeable not only in Toyota's but in general car care/history and reliability information of a variety makes and models. We were schooled on a few topics and walked away better for it. What a great team truly an optimal buying experience. You will NOT dread car shopping with this dealer.
