Living in CT and working in NYC makes it very challenging to manage personal matter, particularly finding and purchasing a new car. From the initial email inquiry, my sales person John Oulundsen was able to quickly and efficiently provide me with the information I needed. We were able to communiate via email, I was never “pressured” into a sale. Likewise, all my questions regarding financing and extended warranty options were addressed by Jamal Alkatib. After performing some due diligence, I felt very comfortable with the deal that we structured. On the day of the transaction, or should I say evening! All parties accommodated my schedule by conducting the sale at 7pm. The sale itself was highly efficient. I was in and out of the dealership within one hour. Unbelieveable Service I can't even explain how amazing the service they provide is. I couldn't make it down to the dealership the day I needed to get the car. Jamal and Larry figured a way where Larry would drive to my work(15 minutes away) AND my co-signers work(45 minutes away) and Larry even offered to stay after they closed to make sure I got the car that day.
