They provide great customer service and take the time to explain what may be wrong with your vehicle, options that you may have to fix it or what the potential consequences are if you don't fix it at that time. They provide a great waiting room that is clean and comfortable with a tv, coffee, water and two computers for customers to use. It makes any wait that you may have much easier. If you don't want to wait they also have a shuttle service to take you to home or pick you up. I appreciate the work the service team does and I am especially happy with the Assistant Service Manager, Mike Fitzgerald. I would go to the dealership just for him. He is the epitome of great customer service. However, the entire group is like a big family and does a wonderful job. You definately get the sense they care about you as a person. More

excellent I went in without an appointment because of a problem that happened the night before, I was also due for a 5,000 mile rotation of tires. Within five minutes I was driving my loaner car out the door and able to make an early meeting I had to win late and went to sales dept. my car was right in front.
