Rick was right. He and Jose Espinosa arranged a long afternoon test drive for us that persuaded us to lease a new Highlander, and brought in our desired vehicle from out-of-state at a very competitive final lease price. The delivery experience was easy, and Anthony Bailey in the finance office made the closing of the lease deal fast and hassle-free, in particular by honoring a Hoffman Group direct mail coupon that had the ultimate effect of adding $1,000 to our lease down payment.
