I went to this dealership to try and get a straight answer about a Service Bulletin that I felt applied to my Avalon. Right from the beginning they were friendly and helpful. By the time I left, I had talked to 3 people, head service tech, service person, and the service manager. I couldn't be more pleased. They were honest and helpful displaying a full understanding of customer service. The issue is not resolved yet as I was only there yesterday, but the purpose of going was to get an honest answer to my questions and not to "get my way". They have done a great job in providing that. I feel that if you are selecting a dealership for a car purchase, you should select based on the service personnel. You have to deal with them much more in the future and when you are treated with respect and honesty, you better hang on to that service department. This isn't the first Toyota dealership I went to (forget the other one), but it will be the last, because I feel I can absolutely trust them. I would not hesitate in recommending this service department for any vehicle they work on and will surely consider them if I am even in the market for a new car. More

The attention we received from the Receptionist to the salesperson (Rick Siedman) was excellent. There was little waiting and the process was pleasant and efficient.
