First time car buyer! Holiday Ford gave me a great first experience with buying a car. I looked around at other dealers but wasn't as pleased. Not only were the car special Holiday Ford gave me a great first experience with buying a car. I looked around at other dealers but wasn't as pleased. Not only were the car specialists amazing to work with but the cars were all very clean inside which was hard to find at other dealers. When it comes time for me to buy a different car down the road, I will be sure the look here first! I worked with Angela and she was not pushy or pressuring me to buy anything. "Frustrated" "Worst truck buying experience ever" They had me so confused, the salesman would show me the options that were on the truck and the window sticker pri "Worst truck buying experience ever" They had me so confused, the salesman would show me the options that were on the truck and the window sticker price then write the price of this truck on a piece of paper. They did not have the truck with the options that I wanted in stock. He showed me many different trucks with options, by the end of the day I did not know what price went with what truck. We finally agreed on a truck, the price the salesman said the truck was going to cost was not the same price that what the Sales Manger and Finance person put together on the agreement were not the same. All of a sudden the truck price increased, At this point they have me so frustrated that I just what to get out of their, so I signed the agreement . Would not recommend this dealer to anybody. More

We're not car experts by ANY means, so his no-hassle, personal, professional approach was greatly appreciated. It didn't feel like he was trying to "sell us" on anything. He walked us through the process, showed us a bunch of cars, took us on multiple test drives, and was with us all the way until the paperwork. Even though they were really busy that day, he took the time to help us, and we never felt rushed. We traded in our Ford Focus, and now are leasing a 2016 Ford Escape, which we LOVE! I'd highly recommend working with Jason. I will definitely be contacting him again the next time I need a car. More
