Ryan sent me a bill of sale to buy the truck and I was paid immediately. This was the easiest sale of my life and with the great communication skills from Ryan, everything happened stress free and smoothly. I recommend anyone contact Ryan if they are looking to sell their vehicle without the hassle of tire kickers. Holiday doesnt seem like your typical dealership. Better than Bergstrom When our old car died, we needed to replace ASAP. Living in Oshkosh, our closest Ford dealer was Bergstrom, which closed at 6:00. So, we made the trip to FDL, because Holiday was open until 8:00. Chad and the others never rushed us though the process. We ended up staying until almost 9:00 to finish the deal. They were very accommodating to me, my wife, and 5 yr old daughter (she was excited about the cookies in the showroom!). We'll definitely be going back for our next vehicle purchase. More

I chose to look for my new Ford F150 at Holiday Ford on the advice of a friend. When I visited the dealership I dealt with Chad. He took extra time before during and after the test drive to make sure I understood everything and if i had any questions. At no time during the entire process did he pressure me to do anything I didn't want to do. I felt at ease dealing with him and he made myself and my family very comfortable during the entire process. Since the purchase of my 2014 F150 Chad has touched base with me several times to make sure everything was going well and if I was satisfied with the truck. The outstanding experience I had at Holiday Ford and dealing with Chad has been the best vehicle purchasing process I have had to date. i will be referring Holiday Ford and Chad to everyone I can.
