I purchased a 2022 Mazda CX-5 and at the time of purchase everyone at Holiday was fantastic. However, since buying my car, I’ve had non-stop issues including two thermostat replacements and an ongoing noise everyone at Holiday was fantastic. However, since buying my car, I’ve had non-stop issues including two thermostat replacements and an ongoing noise in my engine that sounds like drums & a winding noise that Holiday has been unable and unwilling to fix. I’ve had nothing but frustration in dealing with the service end of my vehicle and unfortunately my car still has issues and I have less than 22,000 miles on it. At this point, I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a Mazda and would instead buy a Honda, Subaru, or possibly even Toyota. If you have a Mazda, I would not get it serviced by Holiday as they are very limited in what they are able to identify and resolve. I’ve been gaslit by Holiday service telling me they can’t recreate the noises in the engine when the day I picked up my car, I recorded the noise multiple times and have daily since. I can’t express how frustrating it is to have a car under warranty that they refuse to fix. Mazda unfortunately does not make the quality vehicles that they did in the past. I’m stuck with a 2022 Mazda lemon I’m paying top dollar for. I wouldn’t wish this xxxx on anyone. Buyer beware. Take your car anywhere but here for service. 🍋🍋🍋 More
