Tim Vande Zande went out of his way to take additional pictures of the vehicle that I specifically requested and calmed my fears multiple times. Tim was easy to work with and was very responsive, I know I asked him a million questions and pestered him to death but he always took it in stride. He had the vehicle transferred to me in TN and it arrived just as described in a matter of days. I am very happy with the purchase and have recommended the dealership. Tom explained the features before the test drive, so I was comfortable using the controls on the test drives. He gave me more detailed instructions when I picked up the car. No high pressure. Just very good information about the models and differences in features. Tom made it easier to made my decision (aside from the color). All the people were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a Mazda, there is no other place to go, both for used and new cars. Buying experience was smooth and efficient. And the price was right on target. More
