Excellent Customer Service I was greeted by Sam Voss Sales Representative after entering the Dealership. He asked me what he could help me with? I told him I was looking for a I was greeted by Sam Voss Sales Representative after entering the Dealership. He asked me what he could help me with? I told him I was looking for a CX-9 and that I had been looking on their internet web site and was interested in the Signature model. He immediately found the car and offered me a test drive. He answered all my questions and showed me all the cars features. One of my concerns was the Signature model which had my interested was the most expensive trim package. Sam explained the options I was most interested in were available in the Grand Touring model at a lower list price. We sat and talked and they offered pricing on both models. I decided on the Grand Touring model. He introduced me to his Sales Manager Jeff Gravelle and when I had a question about the Mazda Extented Warranty he brought Doug Vonderhaar finance manger in to show me my available options. I told them I wanted to think about all of it and left the dealership, no pressure what so ever. We talked over the phone the next few days and eventually agreed on a deal. When we went in to pick the car up Sam was there as we walked in introduced my wife to himself, Jeff and Doug. We completed the paper work in a few minutes and then Sam showed us how use all the options and how to set up the car for our personal tastes. Sam answered every question and made sure we understood how to utilize all the safety features this model offered. I want to Thank Sam, Jeff & Doug for making this a enjoyable auto buying experience. She even offered to come to West Bend to pick up our check (I forgot my checkbook) so we didn't have to drive back and forth again. Every person on that staff greeted us warmly and asked if there was anything they could get for us including bottled water and warm cookies! Doug processed our paperwork quickly and there was no high pressure warranty selling. Thor, you have a great staff and we could see the commitment to customer service starts at the top. We got to test drive by ourselves which I thought was a plus because then we could really take in the vehicle and see for ourselves if we liked it. Our sales guy Jim was nice the whole day asking if there was anything else he could get us while we were waiting for everything to be processed (including cookies!) I feel like the staff worked with us giving us a bit more for our trade in and a little more off the price of the mazda. I feel in the end both the dealership and my husband and I came out satisfied with our day! I would recommend holiday mazda and so far we are living our cx-5! More

John had the vehicle pulled up to the door and started when we got there, we took it for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained the features well. By the time we got back they had just got done apprasing my vehicle. We wrote up the purchase contract we walked out at about 9:00 pm with the vehicle. When I got home my husband noticed a noise, we brought it back and they fixed it free of charge. I have never actually gone to look at a vehicle and walked out with it, I have always had to go back to pick it up. Once again thank you to John for all the extra effort! We appreciate it!! More

Yet, with family and work commitments, travelling around the country to test drive cars made little economic sense. After narrowing my search down to three cars I really liked - John Krug at Holiday Automotive stood out from the crowd and helped me feel assured that what I was seeing online, would be what I would find in person. John and I visited, mostly by email, over a period of a few weeks. Even though I asked him minute questions - "....is that a stain I see in the carpet on the driver's side?" John did not seem to mind. Further - even questions like this were addressed with professionalism and reassurances ... and a handful of close-up pictures. In fact, it was John's straightforward answers and numerous supplemental pictures that gave the faith to buy sight unseen (...in person that is). Now two months have gone by - since I purchased the used vehicle - and I am still very happy with the purchase and the overall experience with John Krug and Holiday Automotive. Well done! More

We always have gotten a good deal for price and interest rates. Recently we had a situation with a warranty that we needed help with and Mike went over and above and made things happen for us. We live two hours away from this dealership but we make the drive to do business with Mike because it is worth it and he helps us make things happen. More
