They allowed us to take the MINI home (from out of town) for a couple days to try it out while we finshed up the private sale of our prior car. They were straight forward, no games, no gimmicks, just good honest service. They even offered to honor the trade in offer after the purchase if we could not sell our car by ourselves, although we did sell it ourselves. Fantastic service! More

I found Sarah to be personally charming, and professionally informative and helpful, but not TOO helpful, if you know what I mean. The level of contact was just about right. I researched many dealers and, although Holiday was not the lowest priced, they were among the lowest, and Sarah and her manager made the purchase almost "easy". I know the dealer always wins, but felt I did OK here considering, and am glad to have dealt with Sarah and Holiday. More

After selecting several vehicles that interested us we visited various dealer lots on a Sunday. We then decided upon two dealerships. Our first sales meeting was with a salesman at Holiday Auto of Fond du Lac, WI. Our first contact was with a new salesman. We were impressed with his knowledge that he has gained in a short period of time. What impressed us the most was his honesty when he did not know an answer. But he was, eventually, able to produce answers to all of our questions. He had significant assistance from the Sales Manager. Between the two gentlemen handling the purchasing we felt totally comfortable committing ourselves to a specific vehicle. Every aspect of the event went smoothly; there was never any pressure; and we were satisfied with the eventual lease. So we never did get to the other dealership. We have always felt like we were "taken" some way or another in all of our other vehicular purchases. That may not be accurate but it was how we felt. However, this time we feel that we went through the process with friends...not competing entities. The owner of the dealership can be very proud of his success over the years. He has constructed a clean, honest, happy, fair, and friendly environment. Congratulations to everyone involved in this procedure. More

AMAZING experience! My fiancee and I recently stopped by Holiday to check out the ford fusions. I explained to Chad what I was looking for in a vehicle and he actually in My fiancee and I recently stopped by Holiday to check out the ford fusions. I explained to Chad what I was looking for in a vehicle and he actually introduced me to the 2015 Mazda 6. I quickly realized what a HUGE mistake I would have made if I went with the fusion. Chad took his time in explaining everything about the vehicle. When we took it on a test drive he went through different items in the vehicle and we were able to recognize the differences he was pointing out. It handled so incredibly well and it was fun to drive!! Once we got back to the dealership my fiancee and I wanted to talk by ourselves to discuss it. I NEVER once felt pressured to buy the vehicle. Chad took his time with us and recognized when we needed space and when we needed to talk more with him. He was very professional and treated us with great respect. I would recommended Chad to anyone looking to buy a new car! He will make it a great experience! He also called the following week to check to see how everything was and to ensure we still loved the car! He went above and beyond. Stephanie was also great and very helpful. I told her what I could manage for monthly payments and she was able to get me an excellent rate and in the payment range I was hoping for! She could tell I was excited because I was buying my first car and she shared my enthusiasm! She made it a great experience and explained everything to me very well. I'd been researching what my best value out there was for a couple weeks. I aready was sold on Mazda. Tom Kuitert sold me on Holiday.
