The wait for an estimate was 2 hours. ... I had to leave the vehicle. They told me a courtesy car would be provided for free if the cost of repairs was over $800 and the vehicle had to re ... I had to leave the vehicle. They told me a courtesy car would be provided for free if the cost of repairs was over $800 and the vehicle had to remain over night. But they charged me $99 for the courtesy car. I am currently trying to have that expense refunded. Overall, each of the service reps were patient, available and polite. Had the extra charge not been billed, I would have given the experience 5 stars. More
