I bought the car brand new. Stayed up on regular matience and upkeep. After just 50,000 miles the car doesn't work. I took it back to the dealership for a product recall and was told I have to pay over a $10 and upkeep. After just 50,000 miles the car doesn't work. Similar story, the sale guy/test driver guy(Lawrence) was very pleasant, but Alin Ranja was very combative and also a person that lacks good customer service skills, that’s clearly not interested in working very pleasant, but Alin Ranja was very combative and also a person that lacks good customer service skills, that’s clearly not interested in working with the customer. I was pre-approved by my bank at 3% for 60 month up to 22kplus and this Alin guy insist that I do a financing check through the dealer saying that the lenders that they work with can beat my bank’s deal. The guy comes back with 2.99 for 72 month on a loan of 22k plus and tell me that this is a better deal. REALLY I wasn’t born yesterday and I didn’t learn my numbers and how to add/subtract from a monkey. I smile and said no thank you. Because of Alin demeanor, I’m a bit turned off with working with this dealership. Since I’m not financing with them, i still might purchase a 2013 Honda Accord sport trim for $25k out-the-door price. This was, by far, the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We didn't plan to buy that day, but the deal was good enough that we went ahead and took advantage of it. Jaime stuck around until we finished in F&I and walked us through our new vehicle's features, even though it was 9:30 at night. I also have to say that the no haggle pricing took the edge off of the car buying process, so I wish more dealerships used this method! We have also serviced our other Honda here for the past couple of years. The service department staff has always been amazingly helpful and friendly, and the quality of service is the best. I wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else. More
We stepped into this dealership while assisting a friend with a new car sale. we were greeted fine by the inital staff and waited about 10 minutes. When we got inside to look at the numbers related to the sale, we were introduced to Alan in finance who was a unprofessional person to deal with. He was pompas, rude and very confrontational when a presenting another offer to him. When asked to see his quote in writing, he continued to interrogate me on where I have received the price in a condescending fashion. I will NEVER go back to this dealer for referrals for any of my clients strickly because of the treatment received from him. I have never been treated like that with any dealership in my 10 years of doing business with other dealerships. There was no apology given by him or the management team. Matthew on the other hand was the total opposite. We ended up buying the vehicle because of this seller, but sadly this was not enough to change my mind about this dealership. Let me know when things change and maybe business can resume. More
First of all, let me start by saying that I had the worst car buying experience from this dealership. At first I thought I would be able to close an awesome deal, but then when I was turning in my trade (and car buying experience from this dealership. Second, they did not do their JOBS Right, and blamed it all on me for giving them the "wrong information" when they're the ones who did not do their job and responsibility to call the bank and ask for the dealer payoff. I had told all this to my dad since he's out of town, and was extremely furious about how they did their business. When they talked to him, the manager specifically, he was saying that I gave them the wrong information and even called me a LIAR!!!! I guess ther customer service level has gone downhill that they are willing to lose clients just because they failed to do their jobs. It was a complete waste of time for me And my dad who took some work time off just to talk to these people. 2days after them talking to my dad, they started calling my phone and leaving voicemails asking if I was still interested. REALLY????? They think that I would still buy a car from them after all the stress me and my father was put through?!?! They had the xxxxx to call me and ask for their business after calling their customer a LIAR ad fraudulent. Wow. More

Reed was amazing to work with. We met him when the new CR-V first came on the market. We were not ready to purchase the car at that time. He stayed in touched and was never pushy.
