Was disappointing in my appointment was at 1 p. m yet my vehicle was not seen until 3 p.m. Reason given was a warranty vehicle was taken before me? I had an appointment, but had to wait a while and nobody came to assure me that someone would be with me until I complained why someone wasn't coming to me and assuring me that someone would be with me. Also, it was hot outside and no one even directed me to where I could wait until the service personnel got with me. This only happened at the Semron Blvd Service location, not the Winter Park Location. More
