Waiting at the dealership is always easy at Holler bc the facilities are clean, accommodating and comfortable. I can get my coffee and a snack- all for free. My car was in need of brakes service. I took it to a Honda dealer near where I live. They quoted high price for the brakes services and they included additional services I actually did n I took it to a Honda dealer near where I live. They quoted high price for the brakes services and they included additional services I actually did not need it at the time. After doing my own search on Google for the services they listed, I concluded some of it was not necessary. I am not a mechanic but I am not stupid. I went back to my previous Honda dealer, the service advisor named Severe were straightforward and honest with me. All I needed was the brakes service and nothing else. I was pleased with his honesty, plus he prevented unwarranted services my car did not need at this time and would have cost me a lot more than I actually paid for it. Thank you Severe, your honesty was well appreciated. More
