I had my usual great service from Miguel Paz, my service advisor for many years. Drew got everything started since Miguel’s start work time was at 8:15 as he was losing. Went around to various dealerships looking for a new car for my wife and was amazed at the "mark-ups" that exist. One dealership wanted over a 3,000.00 mark up before he would look at any vehicle. I could n for my wife and was amazed at the "mark-ups" that exist. One dealership wanted over a 3,000.00 mark up before he would look at any vehicle. I could not believe the tactics that were utilized to increase the price. No car was at MSRP. Other makes as well as Honda. On my way to go shopping, I stopped in to Holler Honda and met a sales man by the name of Stephen Hemmerle. I relayed the disappointing results of my search and he stated that at Holler Honda, we do not treat our customers like that. He understood that times are currently tough, but he stated that they, Holler Honda, do not gouge or hustle their customers. Though skeptical at first, we looked over the incoming vehicles and we picked a 2022 CRV that was to arrive in several weeks. We left the facility and within two days, were informed that the vehicle arrived early. We, my wife and I, went there the next day and picked up the car. Thankfully, the car did NOT have any ridiculous mark ups, or that infamous "secondary sticker" which outlined unnecessary additions/services to drive up the cost. What a relief! So, in retrospect, if you want a vehicle at a decent price, without all of the tricks and gimmicks, step down to Holler Honda. They will treat you right! More
