I had an appointment for my truck and was a bit early and when I arrived I was quickly greeted by the attendants. My service manger was not there yet so Miguel Paz quickly came out to meet me at the truck a when I arrived I was quickly greeted by the attendants. Or so I thought, my hopes were shattered when I was told it was a promotional coupon change, with a coupon for a free oil change (valued at $54.99). Upon checkout, William the Service Manager decides to give me the oil change for free, even though I misinterpreted the coupon. I am so grateful for this act of above and beyond service.
