I was fortunate enough to have Peter Tran as my salesman when I was looking to trade in my 2018 Honda. When I decided on the one I wanted, he took the time to go over all the details about the car with me. He was very knowledgeable about what was the same and what had changed from my 2018 CRV. I did not feel rushed to make my final decision. After the paperwork was done, he met with me to give me the keys and encouraged me to call him if I had any questions. The 5 day return policy really helps way your mind when buying cause we all know it could take a few days for us to notice if something is wrong. I was extremely impressed with the lack of fees that I found at other dealerships for the exact same car, I was in an out in about two hours with no haggle. The only downfall of my experience is my car was not detailed properly. The outside of the car was washed and waxed and the wheels were shined, but the trunk of my car on the inside was covered in white and orange stains, and my backseat has sand in it. Also there is some type of residue in the shifter area in the front of my car. Other than that my experience at Holler Honda was pleasant and I would work with Peter again in the future. More
