About 10 days later my wife and I visited Holler to get a firm offer. Ray met us and introduced us to Ricardo who gave us an offer on our trade that made me curious to ask about an out the door deal on a new Honda CRV. He had the model and color we liked on the lot. We looked over the car then went home to think about it. A few days later we went to Holler and made the deal for the new CRV. Ray was friendly, and courteous, he coordinated with Ricardo for a firm price and with Robert in finance so all the paper work was ready for us to sign when we got to the finance office.. We were in and out with a new CRV in less than 2 hours,... hassle free with no frustrating waiting around. More

I went for a test drive of Honda Accord Touring 2021 with my wife. The salesman (Raymond Nazario) was rude and unfriendly. From the first moment I didn't feel welcome or comfortable. My wife had the same f my wife. The salesman (Raymond Nazario) was rude and unfriendly. From the first moment I didn't feel welcome or comfortable. My wife had the same feeling. He didn't walk us through the car or said anything about the car. Even when I asked him to give me some information he didn't want to talk or give information. We went for the drive and he accompanied us and I couldn't even dare asking to go alone after this rude treatment!. I drove the car for few minutes and I was accelerating a little bit without breaking the speed limit to test the sports mode and he told me "Please, do me a favor, don't do that, it is a new car and if you didn't buy the car, someone else will do!! " after few minutes he told me to return to the dealership and when I asked him to take the car to highway to test it there he said "No, this is the test drive region and you can't go further!" We returned to the dealership and he didn't even bother giving me enough details about the purchasing options until I asked. I believe he was treating us in a racist way! and he didn't think that we are gonna buy the car! I am PhD graduate from UCF and I am starting a new job as a research scientist in few months in one of the biggest Tech companies and I was highly considering purchasing this car for my new job but after what happened I think I will look somewhere else for better treatment and better sales service! More

I was fortunate enough to have Peter Tran as my salesman when I was looking to trade in my 2018 Honda. He did a lot of preliminary work getting figures together for me and sending the information via email when I was looking to trade in my 2018 Honda. He did a lot of preliminary work getting figures together for me and sending the information via email, saving me a trip to the dealership. I saw the car I was interested in and went to meet with Peter who showed me two CRVs to consider. When I decided on the one I wanted, he took the time to go over all the details about the car with me. He was very knowledgeable about what was the same and what had changed from my 2018 CRV. I did not feel rushed to make my final decision. After the paperwork was done, he met with me to give me the keys and encouraged me to call him if I had any questions. I wish all salespeople were like Peter. More

The 5 day return policy really helps way your mind when buying cause we all know it could take a few days for us to notice if something is wrong. So far I am very happy with my care and don’t think I’ll be using that return policy! They also use KBB to get a good value for your trade. More
