Ivan had such a pleasant personality that he actually made me feel good about being there and that my business was appreciated. This was, by far, my best experience at Holler Honda since I purchased my vehicle there 6 years ago. Definitely a 5 star rating all the way. I recently took my 2021 CRV, with ~20K miles, to Holler Honda for AC not blowing cold air. I searched the Internet in trying to understand what the issue was and I heard some mind blowing stories of Honda Honda for AC not blowing cold air. I searched the Internet in trying to understand what the issue was and I heard some mind blowing stories of Honda car owners who qualified for the Honda extended AC warrantee getting charged scary amounts and feeling taken advantage of. Holler Honda was professional, on time and did not charge me a dime as I expected. I waited for the repair and about 3 hours later the CRV was blowing cold air again and has been since. These guys, at least in this instance, showed honesty and professionalism. I have to admit that I was disappointed about the AC issue and it so happens that I'm contemplating getting a new vehicle (Mazda or Honda) by the end of this year and I was doubting another Honda.., but the way these guys handled this situation might have won me over.
