It took over 2 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. I sat in my car for at least 10 minutes before someone came out and when they came out it was to tell me someone else would be handling my rotation. After my car was done I stood outside waiting for someone to get my car, only no one came and when I did eventually get someone’s attention they just said they only had one person available to help. I ended up having to go back inside and the guy assigned to me finally went and got my car. Also they wanted to charge me $135 just to have someone look at my visor that is broken. Definitely not impressed. Will be trying a different location next time. More

Ron shilling, service manager, sold me a bag battery. The battery quite working after 4 months but he refused to replace it or give me my money back. I spent about 8 hours on the phone with American Hond The battery quite working after 4 months but he refused to replace it or give me my money back. I spent about 8 hours on the phone with American Honda who confirmed the dealership was responsible for refunding the defective battery. It also says this on page 38 of my battery warranty. However, Mr shilling continued to refuse. I wasted about 12 hours trying to get the $330 refund. He has lost a customer for life as the amount of hassle and lack of service is in paralleled. I hope he finds another job where he doesn’t have to talk to people. More
