For the first time, i had a horrible experience with the service department. I had a lifetime warranty with my tint from the same dealership. They changed the tint on my back window and ruined my rear defog service department. I had a lifetime warranty with my tint from the same dealership. Also had gone in for my radio continuously freezing, i was told it was an update and was charged for it. My radio is freezing now more than ever. I was not helped and had gone up the chain to the manager who said they were not going to help. And then never got a call back from the owner. I am completely disappointed. I had even considered purchasing a new car from this dealership and i don’t feel comfortable with this anymore. More
I have Ben a customer of Holler Honda for many years. I will not take my caranywhere else. I trust the Dealership. The staff is very professional friendly,approachable and do a good job. I love the dealership and the work that the service men do. However, It has been my experience that the wait time is always 2 hours or more for a scheduled oil change. My last time I was there way past t do. However, It has been my experience that the wait time is always 2 hours or more for a scheduled oil change. My last time I was there way past the shop closing. I was the only one left in the service area and my car was done and no one notified me. For this reason I rated it a 3. Please do better with scheduled appointments and notifying customers with updates. More
