I love the dealership and the work that the service men do. However, It has been my experience that the wait time is always 2 hours or more for a scheduled oil change. My last time I was there way past t do. However, It has been my experience that the wait time is always 2 hours or more for a scheduled oil change. My last time I was there way past the shop closing. I was the only one left in the service area and my car was done and no one notified me. For this reason I rated it a 3. Please do better with scheduled appointments and notifying customers with updates. More
