This visit was perfect. My previous experience left a lot to be desired, so I could tell efforts had been made to improve. My appointment started on time and I could see the technician testing my car. The customer waiting area had a working tv and snacks. (It still needs new furniture.) Thank you for continuing to improve. Maintenance service is expensive, and good customer service makes it worthwhile. More

Miguel helped me get all of my 50,000 mile marks crossed off leaving the car just as I needed. Everything went well and the estimated time for completion was spot on. Advisor Ha Nguyen was excellent. He was gentle and not pushy in explaining some recommended services. About the facility, the upstair lounge is huge but sort of a waste of space, there could be some digital display to promote new cars or documentary about Honda / production line, if not, pinball machine or those old fashion video game machines would be nice too :) Two negatives: 1) Classic offers free car wash (voucher to Roadrunner), Holler does not, 2) The used car lot is separated by metal fence, there's a small gate you can open in yourself, but there is a 2" curb along side and no ramp, that would be a challenge to wheelchair and stroller, I know some customers like me would love to browse through the used cars, get an idea what ours worth and perhaps seeing one we are interested. Hope to see improvement. More
