This visit was perfect. My previous experience left a lot to be desired, so I could tell efforts had been made to improve. My appointment started on time and I could see the technician testing my car. The customer waiting area had a working tv and snacks. (It still needs new furniture.) Miguel helped me get all of my 50,000 mile marks crossed off leaving the car just as I needed. Everything went well and the estimated time for completion was spot on.
