I had an appointment for my truck and was a bit early and when I arrived I was quickly greeted by the attendants. My service manger was not there yet so Miguel Paz quickly came out to meet me at the truck a when I arrived I was quickly greeted by the attendants. He was friendly and thorough and explained the procedures that would be done on the truck. He took the truck to the service area and when it was done he called me to review the end status. Or so I thought, my hopes were shattered when I was told it was a promotional coupon change, with a coupon for a free oil change (valued at $54.99). Upon checkout, William the Service Manager decides to give me the oil change for free, even though I misinterpreted the coupon. I am so grateful for this act of above and beyond service.
