Jhonson Severe helped me as service advisor on servicing my Honda HRV at Holler. The work was forced, unexpected but very important - to replace recently recalled fuel pump. Mr. Manny is an awesome vehicle service department representative! He goes the extra mile with outstanding communications with his clients to ensure that they are totally taken care of with the maintenance and services of their vehicles maintenance. Mr. Manny not only tells you what time he estimates your vehicle will be done, but he actually goes back into the garage and frequently checks on the status of the ongoing maintenance being done and promptly provides his clients with great timing updates, and also if they should happen to find anything else mechanical that needs to be addressed during the service. Mr. Manny will let you know immediately! Mr. Manny is an excellent maintenance supervisor, a great person and is very honest with you and definitely knows his business inside and outside with all maintenance and any repairs that you may need done to your vehicle! I have no experience with any of the other maintenance service reps and am sure they are all great, but I will always ask for Manny as my vehicle service manager. Just because of his expert experience and knowledge of keeping my wife and I in a safe and sound vehicle and the excellent communication he provides and last but not least, Mr, Manny is a wonderful person. Best Sales Person and car buying experience EVER!!!! I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and I have to say Holler Honda was the best and least stressful experience, (especially during these ti I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and I have to say Holler Honda was the best and least stressful experience, (especially during these times), I’ve ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. First I have to mention my sales person Peter Tran. It’s no wonder he’s a Gold Master in the Council of Sales Leadership. He is so knowledgeable and thorough. I test drove the car first and then he drove the car to fully explain all the features and functionality of the car. My son initially began the process for me on line and dealt with Letitia, and she was very helpful in relaying information to Peter. I also want to mention how helpful Mike Lesch (finance manager) was in this process. He asked “the questions” and was able to meet my specific finance plan. After the test ride with Peter I left and everything was then handled on line and via phone calls. Peter brought the car to me, explained all the paperwork and set up all the safety features for my specific needs in the car. This is my very first Honda purchase. Before I even had possession of the car I received an email with an appointment for the 5000 mileage check up. Many thanks to Peter for his time and patience and to all the staff members involved in this process. I’m excited to be part of the Honda Family. 😃 P.S.
