Avoid this dealership and service dept I really regret buying from this dealership. I bought a 2019 Fit EX. Steven Soto in finance was pushy and rude. I bought aftermarket leather seats. DO I really regret buying from this dealership. I bought a 2019 Fit EX. Steven Soto in finance was pushy and rude. I bought aftermarket leather seats. DO NOT do this. Yes, you’ll will pay a little more to go up a trim but you will be happier. The seats I have look terrible. DO NOT do any business with this dealership’s service department. I made a service appointment with Nester Perez to have the leather seats and tint installed. Both were supposed to be done the same day. Instead the seats took the entire day and my tint job was cancelled. No one bothered to call to update me on the situation. I found out at the end of the day as I was picking up my car that I would need to take more time to set up another appointment a week later if I wanted the tint done. The leather seats, as I mentioned, looked terrible. They were Katzkin seats installed by a company called American Radio, in Longwood. The leather was extremely loose and not cut correctly to fit the seats. I had to make another appointment to get the installer to fix this and they STILL weren’t right (currently fighting with Katzkin to get them fixed correctly). $1300 by the way...I’d prefer the ugly cloth seats back at this point, but that seems unlikely to happen. When I brought to the attention of Nester, who set the install up, he completed ghosted me. No returned calls or email replies. Equally unhelpful were Service Manager William Harris and Service Director Mike Laing (the latter didn’t even have the courtesy to return a call personally, after I left him a voicemail specifically stating I was having problems with his service department staff). Instead he had one of his employees call me back. This is the kind of service you can expect from Holler Honda. Oh, and the tint, as you might expect, is twice as expensive as most places in town. Once I found this out, I requested a refund. The refund check was supposed to be mailed to me. But I found out several days later it was sitting at the dealership. So I wasted more time to go pick that up. And I’ve never met a company more stingy than Honda. They don’t even include a cargo cover with my new vehicle. No, that’s an extra $170 accessory. They don’t even throw in a complimentary oil change. What a joke. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. STAY AWAY!!! More

After the meet & greet, Mr. Vando took the time to check that there was a recall for the particular problem I had with my Accord EXL, The repair was on time as promised (Same Day). I needed pricing for a repair on my Honda Pilot and Mr.Vando was on point and provided me all of my possible options. I had to order a part and my service advisor showed me where the parts department was. Over all experience 5 stars, I thank Mr. Manuel Vando for the professional manner in witch help with the many service requests I had. Thank You!!! More

Dane Thompson took his time to keep me appraised. I took my 2008 Honda FIT in for an Oil Change and maintenance diagnosis. I was told that tie-consuming repairs were reuired and that a Loaner vehicle I took my 2008 Honda FIT in for an Oil Change and maintenance diagnosis. I was told that tie-consuming repairs were reuired and that a Loaner vehicle would be provided. The team behind the scenes did an excellent job servicing my cars and following up with an awesome job washing and waxing.
