Good Experience Colleen was excellent as service advisor. This was my 2nd time with her and I specified her by name. I waited at the dealership for my oil change. What I didn't particularly care for was a visit, while I was waiting, from someone sales-oriented who wanted to talk trade-in. Apparently my vehicle is in great demand. Anyway, I'm not interested and did not want to be bothered by this person. But, frankly, I don't know of any other way they could manage this.
