Liars! I went to this location at Holler Honda because my radio was glitching and I was nearing 35,000 miles. While there I decided to have all my fluids rep I went to this location at Holler Honda because my radio was glitching and I was nearing 35,000 miles. While there I decided to have all my fluids replaced. They decided to inspect my vehicle while there and informed me that I had to replace my tire because it had a screw in the inner WALL of my drivers side rear tire. Luckily I told them no and brought it back to Sams where I bought my tires. They informed me that it was not a screw, that it was a nail and it was in the thread so it could by plugged. THEY SHOWED ME THE TIRE! Since I bought all 4 tires there, they plugged, rotated and balanced my tires FOR FREE! I don't appreciate being lied to and attempted to be taken advantage of. This is poor customer service to say the least and you should be ashamed of yourselves. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO HOLLER HONDA! More

Continued Good Service! Stopped by for a scheduled appointment for a 4 wheel alignment. I was told that the appointment was for the next day, but they fit me in anyway. I recieved the 'before and after' measurements as I asked for, and they accepted a "preferred guest" coupon that they had mailed me some time ago. Added free tire rotation and work was completed in time. I brought my car in for an oil change that I had a card to get free. Tony Lupo, my service advisor, said that I was due for a tire rotation and he thr I brought my car in for an oil change that I had a card to get free.
