I wanted to just drop After a frustrating experience with the department that handles booking appointments I was ready to take my business elsewhere. I wanted to just drop my vehicle off, get the recall service done and never come back again. However, Stephen Bellomo understood my frustrations and did an excellent job reminding me why I have always gone to this location to service my vehicle. He communicated with the mechanics about my concerns with the recall parts and about my AC. After a few hours, he presented to me what the mechanics found during their inspection and offered me options. Not once did he try to force me to do any of the services the mechanics suggested, which the total ended up close to $5,000. Stephen even got proactive and ordered a part that is still under warranty for my seat belt that causes the airbag light to come on whenever I turn the vehicle on. If you're for a professional adviser who values your business and addresses your need with the utmost sense of urgency, Stephen is definitely who I would recommend. He is one of the most, if not the most, respective and courteous person I know in the Service department. I'm glad I gave this dealership one more chance. More

Wonderful Service Visit I recently had a repair done under warranty. The part needed was ordered, an appointment set, and I dropped of the car at the agreed at time to be pic I recently had a repair done under warranty. The service advisor had the paperwork all ready to go and I signed off on it and left. He called and texted me to let me know when the car was ready to be picked up. Repair was done properly and at no charge whatsoever and check out was fast and easy. I love Holler Honda! More
A mistake that cost me thousands I was told my hybrid battery was not covered under warranty by Holler Honda. I sold my car for a big loss. The new owner took it Holler Honda and the part was covered 100%. After a few calls with Holler, the response was "sorry for the mistake, but nothing we can do for you". Shameful way to run a business. More

service repair This dealership is quick to void your manufacturer warranty and your power train warranty due to little modifications you do on your car. Even if the modifications have no relevancy to the repair that is needed. They will not even contact the manufacturer for any good will repairs. The service manager was rude, unprofessional and he is a grown man that was throwing tantrums on the phone while speaking about my repairs. He said he will do just as we asked but if we are wrong that we needed to take our vehicle out of the dealership and take it elsewhere because he will not deal with it!! Anyway so what we said was right but because we were right, he made excuses not to cover the repair that was needed under the power train warranty and actually on top of that he voided our power train warranty!!! If the same situation occurs and you have an american made car they will cover the repair and even if not, they will even go as far as calling the manufacturer themselves and ask for a good will repair. That is the kind of service you should have with any dealership that you go to especially if they carry the brand of your car. Anyway we took the issue to the general manager but he did not care one bit that his service manager was rude!! No apologies whatsoever. I guess they are both one and the same. You’re totally better off buying an American car. More

Only reason l went to this dealership was for the recall. In addition to the horrible service l received on a previous visit, last week my daughter took her vehicle for regular maintenance and the shield under the vehicle was left unsecured which caused it to be ripped apart as she drove the car home. My neighbor removed the shield. Jerome Williams patiently listened to my disdain for your dealership including the $2,300.00 quote l was given for an air conditioner of which l didn't need. A recommended repair shop told me l did not need to replace my air conditioner. One year later, the air conditioner works at 100%. Thank you Jerome Williams for your patience with a dissatisfied customer. More
