In addition to the horrible service l received on a previous visit, last week my daughter took her vehicle for regular maintenance and the shield under the vehicle was left unsecured which caused it to be ripped apart as she drove the car home. My neighbor removed the shield. Jerome Williams patiently listened to my disdain for your dealership including the $2,300.00 quote l was given for an air conditioner of which l didn't need. A recommended repair shop told me l did not need to replace my air conditioner. One year later, the air conditioner works at 100%. Changes have made a difference. I recently brought my Odyssey in for a routine oil change. I was in a hurry and I didn't have an appt. The dealer makes what would be a dreaded errand with kids a pleasant experience. In the end, my kids left happy with a new soccer ball and I left happy and on time. Pleasant Experience at Holler Honda for Car Servicing Mr. Dylan Sangil was the service consultant assigned to me. He was very professional and thorough in answering all of the questions that I had asked Mr. Dylan Sangil was the service consultant assigned to me. He was very professional and thorough in answering all of the questions that I had asked about car servicing and the airbags inside my car. He checked whether there were any recalls on my car and there were none. I was able to use a coupon that had been mailed to me from Holler towards my oil change. Dylan made suggestions for items that I might consider servicing next time that I am there. The servicing was completed in the amount of time that Dylan had estimated. It so happened that an event was occurring in the waiting area at Holler Honda the Saturday morning that I was there. It was a pleasurable morning to observe the 12 top students from Orange County and Seminole County Schools participate in the "Fit for College" Program , in which one of the students would randomly win a Honda Fit automobile , courtesy of the Holler family. A great musical sound system added to the excitement, besides representatives from the County School Boards, Holler management, professional photographers, Channel 9 News, a Florida State Trooper, and an entertainer skilled in creating handmade balloon animals. Each of the 12 students tried the key fob that they chose to see if the shiny, red Honda Fit would start. A young lady who was a graduating senior from Winter Park High School, had chosen the lucky key fob and was the winner of the car. Other gifts and some scholarship awards were also presented to the students. I thought what a great incentive for the college bound students to continue to excel in academics and be rewarded with a chance to win a new automobile! Holler Honda, not only provides good service to their customers, but also supports our local community through generous programs like "Fit for College". More
