The finance manager Mr. Richards helped me get to the payment I was most comfortable with. I will definitely be going back in the future for any new car needs. However, in the meantime, I wanted to ensure everyone knew what kind of customer service this dealership is providing. - in addition to their poor workmanship. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! I have never in my life been treated so poorly. The service manager - Melissa Stevens - is by far the worst service manager I have ever known. And my dad was a service manager for over 30 years, as well as my grandfather owning a Ford dealership company for many years. I was lied to, spoken down to, and given minimum information throughout the entire process. When I tried to speak with the service manager's boss - Hope, who I believe is a Hollingsworth - to discuss my situation, Melissa Stevens told me she was unavailable "for a period of time" and would not get me in touch with her. After everything I went through, I will make sure that everyone knows how horrible this dealership is and how they treat their customers. More
