service department needs work! The sales team is friendly and upfront which is one reasons that I use to keep buying my trucks from this dealership. The quick lane / service department was great at first but I guess after buying several used trucks and had some issues with almost all of them, they saw me often. Got to the point where they would not return calls or when I did talk to someone, they would say hold on and then hang up every time. I called my old service advisor Lori and asked for a price and she said she would call me back and never did. I talked to another service advisor and he hung up also for no reason when putting me on hold. This happens often!!! I went up there the next day and she told me that due to my negative review on my LAST VISIT, they will no longer work on my vehicles. She could have told me this on the phone but choose to make me the customer wait on a quote that was never coming. It is sad that instead of addressing problems within their department that they choose to refuse service on a paying customer who is still willing to put up with this dealership. I only came back here because of the hope that some things or people change! Guess I was wrong. I can no longer buy another vehicle here again because of the service department is not getting their act together and wont work on a vehicle that I bought from here.
