Disappointed I saw a car online and dealt over the phone with the dealership. They were nice enough until my husband pointed out a knock in the engine. We reached the dealership door to do paperwork and my husband checked the engine again. Knock was louder. Salesman got annoyed my husband pointed out many flaws and said car was overpriced. Salesman was not going to bring us back due "to my husband's attitude". He finally said he would return us, but less than a quarter mile from his door the transmission went out on the car he was trying to sell me! I was never so disappointed in the way this was handled. I will not be returning to this dealership. More

Bill is the most professional salesperson makes it easy. A Holly Jolly Car Buying Experience I've been searching Craigslist for two months if an effort to find a 2nd car to putter around in. Out of six dealerships that I visited and left them I've been searching Craigslist for two months if an effort to find a 2nd car to putter around in. Out of six dealerships that I visited and left them my phone number and what I was looking for, Holly Ridge Auto Mart was the only one that kept me abreast of cars that I was looking for in a certain price range. Jody Luman, a sales associate, would keep me up-to-date with changing inventory. I finally found what I was looking for because of her diligent efforts. I finally sat down with the owner, Bill Long, to discuss pricing. After a little "dickering", we settled on a fair price for what I was looking for. I received great customer care and had a great experience. If you are a Carolina grad or just a great Tarheel fan, this is the place to shop as Bill is a Carolina grad and brother in blue.
