Recently while visiting family, I was involved in a car accident. I spoke with Al in the body shop and he was very understanding and was very professional and getting all the information needed. However the staff at The Body Shop went right to work calling and connecting to get things moving. They were very reassuring and supportive to me at a very stressful time when I needed it most.
