I leased a new Jeep Wrangler here at the end of July. Three weeks later, at 442 miles, the radio and touchscreen failed completely, which also meant no rear view camera, no navigation and no hands free calling. The replacement part was ordered three times and cancelled twice by the manufacturer, and the car ended up in the workshop for five weeks. What I can speak to is how this service department handled it. Nicolas Armas kept me updated throughout, often without my having to ask, and was straight with me even when the news was bad. Jay Fernandez took ownership of the problem and ended up calling dealerships across the country until he found the radio, which is how the car finally got fixed. Giovanni Cisneros, the General Manager, responded to every email personally and arranged a loaner vehicle that covered me for the whole repair. I will be honest that the first weeks were difficult ! But Jay, Nicolas and Giovanni worked hard to put it right, and my car came back in proper working order.
