Hollywood Chrysler Jeep - Service Center

Worse experience ever, plus they charged me 1600 gor a rental car when it was supposed to be covered by the warranty. They kept my car for over two months I had to call them in order to get information ot rental car when it was supposed to be covered by the warranty. They kept my car for over two months I had to call them in order to get information otherwise nothing.... I asked about the rental and they said everything was covered so after a couple of days after i got my car ENTERPRISE CHARGED my CC i called and the only response I got from the upset agent was that i sing for that. Of course contact the dealer and they said they don't know nothing..... The funny thing is that i lose 1600 and nobody knows why 😡 so no I won't recommend this place at all.. More

They open on time, where quick to get the vehicule in and out.
