My experience didn’t start off great but I came out of there with a HUGE smile on my face! Thanks to Josh, the General Manager, Joey, Billy, and Jose. My car was in your shop for 2 days, 1st day no calls from advisor. 2nd day call at 11:34am, I came in at 6:00 pm car not done or returned call from advisor and promise from Manager for to discount and talk w advisor. 2nd day call at 11:34am, I came in at 6:00 pm car not done or returned call from advisor and promise from Manager for to discount and talk with advisor as to why no contact with customer. The process and my time wasted but the Manger left satisfied he talked to me about a warranty as if that's new news. This is my 3rd dodge/Chrysler I had serviced at this dealership since 2000. More
