Service was OK. I did make an appointment thinking it was going to be faster and I only got my car at The end of the day. I had to change my thermostat and the housing. First quote was $300-$500. The day I brought my car in, the quote changed to $300-$600…. I left my car there on a Friday at 8am and I told them that if the quote was $300-$500. The day I brought my car in, the quote changed to $300-$600…. I left my car there on a Friday at 8am and I told them that if they don’t have time to fix it the same day, I would rather bring it in a different day since I needed my car to drive to work. They were supposed to call and let me know if they had time to fix it or not, which they never did… on Monday I called them and they haven’t even started working on it. The new quote was $920!!! I told them no and went to pick my car up. The service advisor I dropped my car off with got fired apparently. I had multiple people tell me he no longer worked there. I ended up spending $176 for the diagnosis… took my car to a mechanic and he charged me $400 to fix the car for me. Also… on the diagnosis paper that they gave me, it says my car has a recall, but they never told me anything about that. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED. More
