I waited ~30 min to see a service rep. They needed to call her on the loudspeaker. Additionally, it took until the next day to give me a quote. I got a quote on text which was fine. Hollywood Chrysler Jeep is the only service department that I’ve ever taken my Chrysler 300 C to. They’ve done all the oil changes all the maintenance anything that has come up they’ve been able to take c that I’ve ever taken my Chrysler 300 C to. On my last visit I purchased four new tires and got another oil change they did it in record time as usual and at a fair price. Yes my vehicle has been in good hands going to this dealership for the past 4 1/2 years and it will continue to be so as long as I own this car.
