Thanks for your feedback. I'd like the opportunity for us to discuss any of the issues you have had with our store regarding customer service. Also, I would have to imagine your vehicle was here for more than an oil change, we have an express service lane exclusively dedicated to oil changes that turns customers within 30-60 minutes every day we are open. Please keep in mind that any other issues needing resolution besides an oil change do require time to correct.
